Please note that we do not operate on weekends or after hours, nor do the courier companies we work with. Orders placed over a weekend will therefore be processed on the following Monday. Likewise, if a parcel is handed over to the courier on a Friday, processing will only commence on Monday.
Production & Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volumes or unforeseen delays like courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
After your order is handed to our courier partners for delivery, responsibility for the parcel (including any risk of loss or damage) passes to you. If you experience an issue with delivery, we are happy to assist you in contacting the courier to resolve it.
We cannot provide a replacement or refund if delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel.

We offer two delivery fee brackets:
Bracket 1: Any cart, under the value of R530 will be charged R90.00 delivery fee.
Bracket 2: Any cart, over the value of R530 will be charged R150.00 delivery fee.
This is applicable to all orders couriered within South Africa.
Delivery fees are automatically calculated and added at checkout.
