Return and refund policy

Our products are made to order for each customer, so we don’t store stock. As soon as your item is purchased and in production, we’re unable to make changes, cancel it, or offer an exchange. 

Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or there is a manufacturing error.  

If you receive a defective product, contact us within  48hrs of delivery with your order number, relevant details and evidence. Goods also need to be returned (with photos / videos).

We will assess the claim and, if valid, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Please note that:

• Minor colour or print variations are normal and not considered defects.

• We cannot guarantee refunds for issues caused by incorrect addresses or uncollected parcel.

• The display effect of this image is for reference only, and the final effect is subject to the actual product!

• Due to objective factors such as production batches, machinery and equipment, it is difficult to avoid small colour differences, position and size differences. 

• If the above are normal phenomena, they will not be included in the scope of after sale refund.
