After your order is handed to our courier partners for delivery, responsibility for the parcel (including any risk of loss or damage) passes to you. If you experience an issue with delivery, we are happy to assist you in contacting the courier to resolve it.

We cannot provide a replacement or refund if delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel.

We offer two delivery fee brackets:

Bracket 1: Any cart, under the value of R530 will be charged R90.00 delivery fee. 

Bracket 2: Any cart, over the value of R530 will be charged R150.00 delivery fee. 

This is applicable to all orders couriered within South Africa.
